At this event, Ms. Portia Deya-Abazene, Ms. Gladys Voungou, Ms. Rosya Ep\u00e9laki, and Ms. Marthe Ouikon, all active members of the Federation, powerfully advocated for Central African women entrepreneurs. Through their presentations, they emphatically reiterated that women are not only beneficiaries of development, but also key drivers of national economic growth and builders of sustainable solutions for the country&#039;s future.<\/i><\/strong><\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h2>Women entrepreneurs at the heart of national development<\/h2><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During FIP 2025, the FAFECA delegation was able to demonstrate the relevance and importance of female leadership in the national economic dynamic.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The message was clear and powerful: <\/span><strong>Investing in women is investing in the future<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Representatives of the Federation argued for a <\/span><strong>increased access for women to finance, training and markets<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, three essential levers to enable women&#039;s entrepreneurship to develop sustainably.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They also emphasized the need to <\/span><strong>strengthen synergies between public institutions, the private sector and women-led initiatives<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in order to create an inclusive and high-performing economic ecosystem. This constructive dialogue between national stakeholders and technical partners reflects FAFECA&#039;s vision: a <\/span><strong>Central African economy where women have the means to realize their ambitions and contribute fully to national prosperity<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h2>A forum for exchanges, partnerships, and opportunities<\/h2><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">THE <\/span><strong>Forum for Investment and Partnerships (FIP)<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It has established itself today as a major platform for meetings between investors, public institutions, entrepreneurs, and development stakeholders. The 2025 edition enabled FAFECA to <\/span><strong>to promote women&#039;s initiatives<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><strong>create new bridges of collaboration<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with technical and financial partners.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By actively participating in this forum, the Federation reaffirmed its ability to <\/span><strong>to bring the voice of women entrepreneurs to the national stage<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, while demonstrating their crucial role in the post-crisis economic recovery.
