The main goal of FAFECA is to bring together all female entrepreneurial synergies within the same organization in order to pool efforts, to express themselves with a concordant voice, to be a force for proposals and solutions for a fairer and more united economy.
 
More specifically, it will be:

● to be effectively involved in the promotion and development of female entrepreneurship and the full participation of women entrepreneurs at all levels of economic governance
 
● to promote ethics in business with a view to preventing certain methods and practices that put the integrity of women's entrepreneurial projects at risk;
 
● Highlight the role of the female entrepreneur as an essential player in economic and social development and creator of wealth and jobs

● Carry out any action capable of contributing to the improvement of the business environment in order to enable the emergence of efficient and competitive companies created and/or managed by women both on the national and international market
 
● Promote exchanges that can contribute to the creation of common activities within the Federation and facilitate the creation of jobs and wealth;
 
● Represent all members to public authorities, social and economic actors, national and international organizations
 
● Actively participate in strengthening economic diplomacy
 
● Create an environment and synergies favorable to the realization of innovative projects and encourage the promotion of investment
 
● Offer and develop technical assistance, advice and support services for women entrepreneurs through, among other things, training, capacity and skills building, setting up and maturing projects, as well as seeking financing
 
● Organize or participate in the organization, both in the Central African Republic and abroad, of demonstrations and other professional events likely to promote female entrepreneurship;
 
● Increase the local and international visibility of the Federation and its members, through branding actions, lobbying, the organization and participation in professional events, exchanges of experiences, etc.
 
● Search for niches and financing solutions for women's entrepreneurial projects and initiatives;
 
● Carry out any other action that would contribute to the growth of the Federation and the development of its members
