Entrepreneurial success is not built alone. FAFECA makes networking and mentoring a central pillar to enable women entrepreneurs to build support networks, share their experiences, and expand their opportunities.
Our networking activities bring together women from diverse sectors, experienced leaders, public institutions, donors, and technical partners. They offer a unique space to learn from each other, exchange ideas on challenges, and develop collective solutions.
Mentoring also plays a vital role. Women leaders and experts support young female entrepreneurs on their journey, sharing their knowledge, boosting their confidence, and opening doors to new opportunities.
In 2024–2025, more than 500 women have already participated in networking events organized by FAFECA, whether it be business speed-dating, forums, or mentoring sessions. These initiatives contribute to building a supportive and inclusive ecosystem where every woman can grow and help others grow.
Networking facilitates access to new clients, partners and investors, thereby expanding opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
Mentoring promotes the sharing of experiences and expertise, enabling young female entrepreneurs to avoid costly mistakes and accelerate their success.
Networking creates a collective dynamic that inspires, motivates, and gives women the confidence to position themselves as leaders.
All women entrepreneurs, whether beginners or experienced, can participate. Some activities also target associations, cooperatives, and young women wishing to start their own businesses.
Participants are supported by experienced mentors (women leaders, sector experts, technical partners). Sessions can be individual or group-based and combine practical advice, experience sharing, and personalized follow-up.
Networking allows you to expand your professional network, find new business partners, be inspired by the successes of others and feel supported by a supportive community.
