Training is at the heart of FAFECA's mission. Giving women the means to train themselves means offering them the opportunity to transform their ideas into solid, competitive and sustainable businesses.
Since its creation, the federation has regularly organised practical sessions adapted to the needs expressed by its members: entrepreneurship, management, agricultural techniques, agri-food processing, crafts, digital technology, leadership and communication.
In 2024–2025, more than 2,000 women have already benefited from training provided across the country's 20 prefectures and within the diaspora. These modules not only allow participants to acquire technical skills, but also to strengthen their self-confidence and create a collective dynamic.
Each training program is based on active learning, grounded in the participants' everyday lives. Workshops are led by national and international experts and combine case studies, practical field exercises, and mentorship. The goal is simple: for each woman to leave with concrete tools that can be immediately applied to her work.
The training programs enable women to manage their businesses in a more structured way, improve their profitability, and create new jobs.
By integrating modern processing and packaging techniques, the participants improve the quality of their products and strengthen the pride of Made in RCA.
Beyond technical skills, the training programs stimulate female leadership, build confidence, and prepare women to assume decision-making roles in their communities.
The training courses are open to all women entrepreneurs, whether they are in rural or urban areas, beginners or already established. Some sessions are also accessible to young girls and women's cooperatives.

Most training courses are free thanks to the support of our technical and financial partners. Some specialized sessions may require a nominal fee, but FAFECA ensures that every woman can access them without financial barriers.
