The Federation of Associations of Women Entrepreneurs of the Central African Republic (FAFECA) is pleased to congratulate Ms. Germaine DONGOMBE, promoter of the KONDO BEKOU Chicken Farm, on the favorable decision she received from the Bangui Initiative approval committee. This funding, for her project located in the So 1 district on the Boali road, marks a new stage in the development of her business. It will allow not only the renovation and expansion of the chicken farm, but also the strengthening of working capital, thus ensuring sustainable growth and optimized management of the business.
An entrepreneurial project serving the community
mrs DONGOMBE embodies those female entrepreneurs who, through their work and perseverance, transform challenges into opportunities. Thanks to this funding, her henhouse KONDO BEKOU will be able to meet a growing demand for poultry products, while contributing to the improvement of local food security.
This expansion project will:
- to increase production capacity,
- to strengthen the economic viability of the activity,
- and to create new job opportunities, particularly for young people and women in the So 1 district.
